About the Author/Publisher
The author and publisher, Dr. Otumdi Omekara, is a 1979 University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital medical graduate with decades of clinical practice experience, which included spiritual experiences. He also holds a combined MPA and MHA degrees from Portland State University. He led a chapter of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International (FGBMFI) in Nigeria as the president and spoke often at weekly meetings. He is currently based in Portland Oregon as a health services management consultant and a consumer health education web content writer and publisher. He is an active member of the Oregon Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Tumex LTCC Publications is the publishing arm of Tumex Long-Term Care Consulting Services, a professional healthcare consulting firm dedicated exclusively to the long-term care sector. Our consultants bring hands-on experience in Nursing and RCF/ALF facility leadership, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and healthcare operations.
The author uses the publications wing to document experiences, changes and advances in both the acute and chronic healthcare industry, as well and science and religion. Other works that fit in with our general philosophy are accepted for publication.
